If you do stay home give yourself 15 minutes to a half hour to practice. find yourself a quiet place, do some breathing (dirgha {3 part breath} or ocean breath), or do some movements to warm the spine and/or add some warriors or down dogs, end in corpse. Be with your body and breath, quiet the mind, and witness how you can quickly find peace in being present.
